We offer EXCHANGES ONLY in the form of a STORE CREDIT in perfect condition of the same item or equal value. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ***IN LIEU OF COVID-19 & OUR CUSTOMERS SAFETY, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PLEASE BE SURE BEFORE PURCHASE.***

  • You may exchange merchandise within 5 business days of receipt of purchase.
  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock we will exchange or return.
  • Shoe Items are FINAL and cannot be Returned.
  • To set a proper expectation, When a customer has store credit available to them, the value of their store credit displays at checkout in the Store credit section when they place another order. The customer can select Apply store credit to use their store credit as a payment method. Also, when they're logged into their customer account on your store, the store credit will be displayed in your profile

We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white items, t-shirts, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, masks, cosmetics or accessories/bags. AS OF 5/24/2024 THERE WILL BE A 10% RESTOCK FEE FOR ALL RETURNS.

 All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, our company will not send customers any damaged items. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

Please email us FIRST if there’s a problem with your product/order. Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Feline Couture will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to us without acknowledgement. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address or label to send your package. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs outside.

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
