
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Feline-Couture.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service or UPS directly. Feline Couture DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 5-8 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a 2-3 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most international countries. Transit time can vary depending on what option you select. Post Priority Mail - Transit time varies 7 - 14 business days. For this shipping option your order is shipped with the United States Postal Service. Once your package reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local mail carrier who will then fulfill your delivery. This can take anywhere from 3 to 5 Business days.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Féline Couture cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. Féline Couture is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
International & Canadian Orders:
- USPS First class mail (14-20 business days) **This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.**

WILL I BE CHARGED A CUSTOMS FEE?
- A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Customs is an authority or agency in a country responsible for collecting and safeguarding customs duties and for controlling the flow of goods including animals, transports, personal effects and hazardous items in and out of a country.
- As far as customs charges, we DO NOT have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be if any. The customs fees are based per your government regulations.
If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.
All pre-order items will be labeled (Pre-Order) in the product title.
Pre-order items will be shipped on the estimated ship date stated in the product title and/or product description. If a date is NOT provided next to the item name, then it will ship in the standard pre order time frame 14-17 business days
If you add in-stock item(s) & pre-order item(s) to your cart, shipment of your in-stock item(s) will be delayed until your pre-order item(s) are ready for shipping.
To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock item(s), we suggest placing 2 separate orders - one for your pre-order item(s) & one for your in-stock item(s).
If you place an order with pre-order item(s) and in-stock item(s), your in-stock item(s), your order CAN NOT be separated for faster delivery.
